Qualification & Experience:

Proven experience as an MEP Supervisor with strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems in villa and/or high-rise construction projects.
Good understanding of MEP, architectural, structural, and coordination drawings, including installation, testing, commissioning, clash detection, quality, and safety procedures.
Experience supervising subcontractors, site manpower, materials, and daily MEP activities while coordinating with engineers, consultants, and other project teams.
Good communication, problem-solving, reporting, and MS Excel skills.

Qualification & Experience:
Proven experience as a Planning Engineer in the construction industry, preferably with villa and/or high-rise building projects.
Strong knowledge of construction planning, scheduling, Critical Path Method (CPM), resource loading, progress monitoring, delay analysis, recovery planning, and project controls.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project, with advanced MS Excel skills for progress tracking, dashboards, S-curves, and reporting.
Good understanding of construction sequencing, procurement lead times, productivity, Earned Value Management, FIDIC contracts, EOT, and claims support.
Ability to read architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, with strong analytical, communication, reporting, and coordination skills.

Qualification & Experience:
Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or procurement administration within the construction industry.
Good knowledge of construction materials, suppliers, Purchase Orders, quotations, delivery documentation, GRNs, invoices, and stock reconciliation.
Strong skills in supplier sourcing, price comparison, negotiation, order tracking, delivery coordination, and procurement record management.
Proficiency in MS Excel for comparison sheets, procurement registers, open-order tracking, budgets, and supplier performance monitoring.
Strong administrative, communication, coordination, and organizational skills with good attention to detail.

Qualification & Experience:
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry, preferably with villa and/or high-rise building projects.
Strong knowledge of quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, cost control, site measurement, interim valuations, variations, claims, and final accounts.
Good understanding of construction contracts, subcontractor quotations, material pricing, procurement procedures, and commercial reporting.
Proficiency in quantity take-off/measurement software and advanced MS Excel for cost tracking, financial analysis, and reporting.
Strong analytical, numerical, negotiation, documentation, and communication skills with the ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
Locally available in Bahrain and able to join immediately is preferred.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum 10–15 years of relevant experience in interior design, fit-out, or construction projects, with previous Bahrain experience highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of space planning, technical drawings, materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and interior detailing.
Proficiency in AutoCAD is required. Knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, or similar design software is an advantage.
Good understanding of the Bahrain interior design and fit-out market, including local suppliers, contractors, materials, and construction practices.
Strong communication, presentation, client-handling, coordination, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or retail projects is preferred.

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project teams.
Good knowledge of construction site procedures, project execution, shop drawings, material submissions, BOQs, specifications, and technical documentation.
