Qualification & Experience: 


Experience in strategic planning and execution of real estate investment sales with proven knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and meeting revenue expectations.


Bachelor degree in a business related field, preferably Commercial Property, Marketing or Investments. 


Minimum of 5-7 years Bahrain real estate industry experience in a sales/marketing role


High computer literacy, professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with proven attention to detail.

Qualification and Experience

Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in real estate sales. (Experience in Residential/ Villas/ Commercial is highly preferred.)

Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Strong understanding of the real estate market, including property regulations, financing options, and market dynamics.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative & clerical support to management and engineers.
• Manage agendas, appointments, and board meetings.
• Attend meetings and record minutes.
• Handle correspondence, phone calls, and document security.
• Prepare invoices and financial statements, and assist in bookkeeping.
• Maintain electronic and paper records for accessibility.
• Support construction quality control and compliance documentation.
• Monitor contractor drawings and applications for payments.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of office & accounting procedures.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Age: 25–32 years.
• 1–2 years of administrative experience in construction (advantage).
• Strong organizational and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.
• Female candidates with Filipino nationality are preferred

Qualification and Experience

Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience as an HSE Engineer in building construction projects.

Mandatory GCC experience.

Strong knowledge of GCC HSE regulations and international safety standards.

NEBOSH (IGC/Level 3) certification is mandatory. IOSH certification is preferred.

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering or related field.

Experience in risk assessments, method statements, safety inspections, and internal audits.

Good communication, reporting, and safety training skills.

Qualification and Experience

Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in construction HSE supervision (client-side or consultancy experience preferred).

Strong knowledge of Bahrain HSE regulations, environmental guidelines, and international safety standards.

Experience in site safety inspections, audits, risk assessments, and incident investigation.

Ability to monitor contractor compliance with HSE plans, method statements, and safety procedures.

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering or related field.

NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, or equivalent safety certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience in safety training, toolbox talks, and maintaining HSE documentation and reports.

Strong communication, observation, and teamwork skills.

Qualification and Experience

Minimum 2–4 years of proven experience in HR recruiting or talent acquisition roles.

Strong understanding of the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Proven track record of successfully hiring candidates across various roles.

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Experience in using online recruitment tools, job portals, and social media platforms for candidate sourcing.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles and meet deadlines.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
