Era Real Estate has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with National Bank of Bahrain (NBB) to offer exclusive offers for residential properties within the Khudhur Homes project in Diyar Muharraq.

The MoU will enable NBB to provide easy financing solutions for customers interested in purchasing a property from Khudhur Homes in Diyar Muharraq. The bank will also offer financing solutions with competitive interest rates, no property valuation fees, and a quick and easy approval process for customers interested in purchasing a property within the project. The first 30 applications will receive a prize of BD300.

On this cooperation, NBB’s Head of Retail Banking, Sabah Alzayyani, said: “As the preferred provider of mortgage loans, we are pleased to sign this agreement with Era Real Estate.
